All Sales On Green Tag Products Are Final

Green Tag products are FINAL SALE. Exceptions are the following reasons: 

  1. The product arrives DOA. 
  2. The product arrives damaged from shipping.  

Please note DOA or damaged green tag products need to be reported within 3 business days

 

Boomerang Microphone Return Restrictions

At this time, we can not accept returns or issue refunds for the microphone due to sanitation, health, and hygiene concerns.

*For orders that include multiple products, or bundles" - All items in these orders excluding the microphone are eligible for our standard 30 day return policy. 

 

Standard 30 Day Return Policy.

For all products except the Boomerang Microphone and Green tag Open box inventory, our return policy is 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a full refund of the original purchase amount.

*We do NOT offer free return shipping.  When requesting a refund please keep in mind that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

The product and all its contents must be returned in the exact same “new" condition as it was sold. There will be a 25% restocking fee for returned products that are missing items or show any signs of “use” or “wear". If the returned product is damaged in any shape or form, it voids our return policy and the product will be sent back to you at your expense. Missing items include but are not limited to power supplies, power supply attachments, screws, allen keys, remote controls, audio cables, MIDI cables, power splitters etc.)

Refunds can only be processed using the same method used for the original purchase. 

Please allow 3 to 7 business for a refund processed by our system to clear with your bank or credit card company. 

International import fees including customs, or taxes/duties can NOT be refunded.


Boomerang Looper L.L.C. is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.


We recommend purchasing insurance for the item being sent for return from the shipping carrier of your choice. 


To contact us concerning a return, please call us at 760-607-9007 or send an email to support@boomeranglooper.com . We will issue you a return merchandise authorization number and provide return shipping details. Only once an item has been received into our warehouse, inspected, and processed, we will then either send a replacement or issue a refund. 


We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the form of original payment within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return.
